FBISE being an ISO-certified examining body continuously strives for excellence and qualitative improvements in its examination system and services through efficient use of technology. The recent initiatives of digital attendance monitoring system (DAMS), E-marking of students’ examinations and Question Items Bank (QIB) are the hallmarks of FBISE’s intent of taking initiative and leading by example. In order to realize the vision of facilitating all the clientele and stakeholders of FBISE at their doorstep, FBISE has now launched a state-of-the-art web-portal which provides solution for all the core businesses and services of FBISE. This system contemplates the needs of all stakeholders to various pre-during-post examination activities and services on one hand and the provision of updated information to the seasoned teachers and affiliated institutions on the other hand. It is my firm belief that FBISE shall emerge as a leader in the field of assessment and evaluation in the region.

Secretary is the administrative head of FBISE deals with:

1. General administration of FBISE.
2. Preparation of agenda for BOGs meeting.
3. Issuance of minutes of the meeting.
4. Matters relating to issuance of certificates.
5. Deals with web based applications, networks, data entry, preparation of result, archiving of record and other computer related issues.

Mr. Aqeel Imran

Controller Examination deals with:

1. Matters pertaining to conduct of examination.
2. Establishment of examination centers and change of center/subject.
3. Preparation and issuance of date sheet, roll number slips.
4. Issuance of material to exam: centers & Appointment of examiners.
5. Marking of answer scripts & Issuance of mark sheets.
6. Compilation of result & Re-counting of answer scripts.
7. UFM cases are deals under the supervision of Controller of Examinations.
8. Appointment of Paper Setter / Item Developer.
9. Matters relating to question papers.
